Aladdin

Aladdin is an on-line Management Information System and is our school's main administrative platform. The Aladdin app can be downloaded by parents to their phone. We use Aladdin to

• record children's attendance at school
• record reasons for absences
• monitor children's attendance
• communicate with parents
• communicate with colleagues
• organise parent / teacher meetings
• facilitate on-line payments for books, events etc.
• store information about each child
• store documents, policies etc. for school staff
• record standardised test results
• send end-of-year reports to parents
• provide information to the Department of Education

Attendance 

When a child is absent, the absence must be explained. When an explanation hasn't been provided, a parent will receive a text message asking them to explain their child's absence.

An explanation can be provided using the Aladdin app. An explanation can also be provided in advance of a child's absence.

Messages / Emails

Text messages and emails from school are sent via Aladdin. The system records delivery of messages and emails.

On-line Payments

Payments for school events, activities, books and supplies can be made securely via Aladdin. Payments can be made in full or in instalments. Our secretary will assist any parent having difficulty with on-line payments.
