Dear Parents,
The 'National Parents Council' and 'Walk in My Shoes' have teamed up to develop a series of very short videos for parents. Each one contains very practical advice to help you support your child at this time.
These excellent videos, which promote and provide positive mental health strategies, are presented by Mr Paul Gilligan, CEO of St Patrick's Mental Health Services. There are five in total and are well worth listening to. I will upload one each day this week for you. The viewing time for all five videos is less than twelve minutes.
